LEGAL
TERMS & CONDITIONS
EFFECTIVE 24 AUGUST 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Open World Connection website. They apply to the website only and do not, by themselves, constitute a booking contract for any travel service.
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
This website, openworldconnection.com, is operated by Open World Connection Consulting L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In these Terms, “Open World Connection”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Open World Connection Consulting L.L.C-FZ. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor or user of the website.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website.
2. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE
The website presents Open World Connection, selected destinations, private travel concepts, activities and related services.
Website content is provided for general information and inspiration. Descriptions, photographs, suggested itineraries, durations, inclusions and other details are illustrative unless confirmed in a written proposal or contract issued specifically for you.
The website does not currently process online bookings or travel payments.
3. OUR ROLE
The website introduces Open World Connection and allows visitors to submit enquiries concerning private travel arrangements.
Travel-related services may involve independent tour operators, accommodation providers, transport providers, guides and other suppliers.
Our exact role, the services for which we are responsible and the identity of any relevant contracting or service provider will be stated in the written proposal or contract issued for the specific arrangement.
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as confirmation that Open World Connection directly owns, controls or operates any accommodation, aircraft, vehicle, hunting ground, transport service or activity unless this is expressly stated in the applicable written agreement.
4. ENQUIRIES
Submitting an enquiry form, sending an email, contacting us through WhatsApp or otherwise communicating with us does not create a booking, reservation or binding travel contract.
An enquiry allows us to understand your preferences and prepare a proposed arrangement.
You must provide information that is accurate and sufficiently complete for us to respond to your request. If you submit an enquiry on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you are authorized to communicate on their behalf.
5. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry or enter into an agreement with us.
Arrangements involving children or travellers under the age of 18 must be requested and confirmed by a parent, legal guardian or another properly authorized adult.
6. PROPOSALS AND BOOKING CONFIRMATION
After receiving an enquiry, we may provide a personalized proposal.
The proposal should identify the proposed services, price, currency, payment schedule, principal inclusions and exclusions, cancellation conditions and the role of Open World Connection and any relevant service providers.
A proposal does not create a confirmed booking unless it is accepted in the required form, the applicable contract or booking confirmation has been completed and any required payment has been received in cleared funds.
Descriptions appearing on the website do not form part of a booking contract unless they are expressly incorporated into the final written booking documents.
Availability is not guaranteed until written confirmation has been issued.
7. ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
Every confirmed trip may be governed by separate written booking documents.
If there is any conflict between these website Terms and the documents issued for a specific trip, the following order will normally apply:
-
the signed or expressly accepted booking contract;
-
the final written proposal or booking confirmation;
-
these website Terms.
Supplier conditions may also apply to individual services where they are disclosed or incorporated into the booking documents.
8. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Prices displayed on the website, if any, are indicative only.
The final price, currency, included services, excluded services and validity period will be stated in the written proposal or contract prepared for the specific arrangement.
Before confirmation, prices may change because of availability, supplier quotations, requested changes, exchange rates, taxes or other relevant circumstances.
After confirmation, a price may be changed only where this is permitted by the applicable contract or required by law. Any material change will be communicated to the traveller.
9. PAYMENTS
The website does not currently process online travel payments.
Payment should be made only after the traveller has received an official proposal, invoice or contract identifying the amount, currency, payment deadline and authorized recipient.
Payments must be sent only to the account or recipient stated in the official payment documents.
A booking is not confirmed until the payment required for confirmation has been received in cleared funds.
Any bank charges, intermediary fees or currency-conversion costs will be handled as stated in the applicable proposal, invoice or contract.
10. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS
There is no universal cancellation or refund policy applying to every proposed arrangement.
The applicable cancellation, amendment and refund conditions will be provided in writing before the traveller is required to confirm the booking or make the relevant payment.
These conditions may reflect commitments made to independent suppliers and may differ between arrangements.
Any cancellation charge, non-refundable amount, refund entitlement or amendment fee must be determined under the applicable booking documents and mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. TRAVELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Each traveller is responsible for ensuring that they hold the passports, visas, entry permissions and other documents required for the destination and planned activities, unless a specific written agreement expressly states that Open World Connection is responsible for obtaining a particular document or service.
Travellers are also responsible for providing accurate information, complying with applicable laws and arriving at agreed meeting points on time.
General information provided through the website or ordinary correspondence should not be treated as official immigration, medical or legal advice.
This section does not exclude responsibility for inaccurate written information that Open World Connection has expressly agreed to provide as part of a confirmed service.
12. HEALTH, ACCESSIBILITY AND INSURANCE
Please do not submit medical documents or other sensitive information through the general website enquiry form.
If a health, mobility, accessibility or dietary requirement is relevant to a proposed arrangement, necessary information may be requested separately at the appropriate stage.
We will consider the information provided when preparing the arrangement, but availability of a particular accommodation, activity or adjustment is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Unless expressly included in the applicable contract, travellers are responsible for obtaining insurance suitable for the destination and planned activities.
Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. ADVENTURE AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Some experiences displayed on the website may involve remote locations, mountains, wildlife, helicopters, skiing, hunting, horse riding, changing weather, uneven terrain or other outdoor conditions.
Participation may involve risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
Any material participation requirements, restrictions and available safety information will be communicated before confirmation where reasonably necessary.
Travellers must follow applicable laws and reasonable safety instructions provided by the relevant operator, guide or service provider.
This acknowledgement of risk does not constitute a waiver of any responsibility or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. ITINERARY CHANGES
An itinerary, activity, route, timing, accommodation or supplier may need to be changed because of safety, weather, availability, transport disruption, government action or another relevant operational circumstance.
Where reasonably practicable, the traveller will be informed and a reasonable alternative will be considered.
If a change is material, the traveller’s available options and any applicable price adjustment, cancellation or refund rights will be determined under the specific booking contract and mandatory law.
This section does not provide an unrestricted right to change a confirmed arrangement without regard to the traveller’s contractual or legal rights.
15. EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL
An arrangement may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Open World Connection or a relevant supplier.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, government action, border closures, transport disruption, conflict, civil unrest, epidemic, infrastructure failure or labour action.
The effect of such an event on performance, alternative arrangements, rescheduling, cancellation, credits or refunds will be determined under the applicable booking contract and mandatory law.
The affected party should take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable disruption where practicable.
This section does not exclude liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by law.
16. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Some services may be delivered by independent accommodation providers, transport providers, tour operators, guides, activity providers or other suppliers.
The role of Open World Connection and the relevant suppliers will be identified in the specific proposal or contract.
Supplier conditions may apply where they are provided or properly incorporated into the booking documents before confirmation.
Responsibility for the performance of each service will be determined under the applicable booking contract and mandatory law.
Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility accepted by Open World Connection in writing or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. CONDUCT AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Travellers must comply with applicable laws and reasonable safety and conduct requirements.
Participation may be refused or discontinued where a person’s conduct is unlawful, unsafe, threatening, abusive or materially disruptive.
Services and payments remain subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements and the requirements of relevant financial institutions.
Open World Connection will not arrange or process a service or transaction that it reasonably believes would be unlawful.
If a service or payment cannot proceed for compliance reasons, the consequences will be handled under the applicable contract and mandatory law.
18. WEBSITE CONTENT
We take reasonable care when preparing website content. However, destinations, activities, accommodation, suppliers and availability may change.
Photographs and videos are intended to represent the character of an experience but do not guarantee specific weather, wildlife sightings, scenery, vehicles, accommodation rooms or other exact conditions.
We may update, correct, remove or replace website content without prior notice.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its content—including text, branding, logos, photographs, videos, graphics and page design—are owned by or licensed to Open World Connection and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission.
20. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not:
• use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or connected systems;
• introduce viruses, malicious code or disruptive technology;
• impersonate another person or provide deliberately false information;
• interfere with website operation or security; or
• use automated tools to extract or reproduce website content without permission.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our users or our legal rights.
21. EXTERNAL LINKS
The website may contain links to websites, platforms or services operated by third parties.
These links are provided for convenience. We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices.
Visiting an external website is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
22. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors.
The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security, hosting or other technical circumstances.
Website availability does not affect rights arising from a separately confirmed booking.
Nothing in this section excludes liability or rights where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
23. LIABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.
Liability relating to a confirmed travel arrangement will be determined under the specific booking contract and applicable law.
The website is provided primarily for information and enquiries. Website descriptions do not create guarantees concerning a particular service unless expressly incorporated into a confirmed written agreement.
24. PRIVACY AND COOKIES
Our collection and use of personal data are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided in our Cookie Policy.
Please review both policies before submitting personal information through the website.
25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when our website, services, business model or legal obligations change.
The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Changes will not alter an existing confirmed booking unless permitted by the applicable booking contract or agreed with the traveller.
26. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it in good faith through direct communication.
Unless a specific written contract or mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes concerning these website Terms will be subject to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdictional right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
